Tonka Climb-Overs, Today’s Stompers
Special thanks to Matt Doughty of Onell Design for these two pics from a ToysRUs in his area where we can see the new Tonka Climb-Overs on shelves. The Climb-Overs (search Amazon.com*) look to be another modern take on the eighties Schaper Stomper 4x4s, and now that Matt has made me aware that the toys are in stores you can bet I’ll be visiting a TRU very soon.
The Funrise website lists many Climb-Overs, with the toys offered in playsets and single vehicles. Maybe I’ll get lucky and run across these at a ToysRUs this weekend; do I grab one vehicle, or do I go insane and grab a playset?
