Tonka’s GoBots and Kenner’s Super Powers in 1984
This 1984 newspaper ad for Sam Morgan’s Discount Toys sure makes me wish it were possible for these toys to be Christmas gifts this year. What kid — regardless of age — wouldn’t be excited to find both Tonka’s GoBots and Kenner’s Super Powers under the tree? And hey, even Stompers and Ewoks found their way into the ad!
