“Total Chaos” in the 1997 McFarlane Toys Catalog
Last month I posted a 1996 ad from McFarlane Toys for their Total Chaos action figure series. Despite the ironic statement in the ad, and the graphic design that was not quite up to McFarlane Toys’ work of the later years of the nineties, the Total Chaos action figure series was still great enough that it demanded another look.
That’s where these two pages from the 1997 McFarlane Toys catalog (Amazon.com search*) come into play. Check out those fabulous action figures!
So who out there is going to go through those late nineties Spawn action figures and create a book? Not it!!! I’ve never really collected much in the way of McFarlane, and looking at all of the releases it would be extremely tough for me to ever track stuff down and make such a book myself. BUT if someone out there assembles a professional quality book with sharp pics then consider me in for a copy.
