Toy Warehouse Outlet and Return of the Jedi Action Figures in 1984
My new book project about Star Wars newspaper ads of the seventies and eighties is currently funding at Kickstarter, and today I’d like to direct your attention to this 1984 ad where we see Kenner’s Return of the Jedi action figures on sale for $1.97/each. Fantastic price, but don’t forget this ad where the figures are $0.19/each. Man, I still can’t believe that $0.19 price.
