I’ve posted a few different Transformers Throttlebots advertisements over the last few days (here, here, and here), but this April 2, 1987, ad for Thornbury’s Toys from the Louisville, Kentucky, Courier Journal newspaper stands out as special for one key reason: The artwork is not of a Throttlebot!
