Transformers Battlechargers, Galvatron, and Ultra Magnus at KayBee Toys in 1986

October 9, 1986. We saw a Lionel Playworld ad a few days ago that included the Transformers Battlechargers and Galvatron toys, with the Battlechargers priced at an awesome $4.47/each. Well, not to be outdone, it appears that KayBee had a different idea on how to price the Battlechargers in 1986, as the below ad block from The Morning Call of Allentown, Pennsylvania, clearly shows. $4/each for Battlechargers when they were new? SOLD!!!
