Transformers Collectors’ Club Runabout
Joining the recently-revealed Runamuck (last mentioned here), the Transformers Collectors’ Club (website, Twitter) has now posted photos and info on Runabout, Runamuck’s partner in general mischief and violent vandalism. I’m going to be grabbing both of these next year; Runamuck is the member free toy while Runabout will have to be ordered separately.
DoctorKent (blog) and others have pointed out that the head sculpt for both Runabout and Runamuck is based on the comics rather than the classic toys, but I still say I would have rather had a toy-inspired design. Still, regardless of the fact that these guys have individual eyes rather than a single visor I still want them both . . . and I still want to find original Battlechargers that work.
