Transformers Masterpiece Thundercracker at the Times Square ToysRUs
Fans of the Transformers Masterpiece series (Amazon.com search*) still hunting for Thundercracker would have loved this stack that I saw at the Times Square ToysRUs last night. The $85+ price tag was a bit of a surprise.
There were also some older Transformers Generations toys on the pegs, but I didn’t see the Combaticons wave of the Fall of Cybertron toys or any of the newer Transformers Prime toys. Probably a good thing; do I really want to find a bunch of toys on my first day in NYC and then have to try and get them home?

They like to Jack the prices at that Store. I got mine for $6 cheaper out in Long Island.
Oh, so THAT’S where they all went….lol. Glad I snagged mine here in Wisconsin.
Wait, was it $86.99 or $37.99?
@John Maddening – The $38 tag was for a different toy. For a second when I walked up to the display I thought this was the most generous ToysRUs ever.
@BookPimp – I thought something was odd with the prices in that store. They wanted $22/each for Marvel Legends!
