Transformers Powerglide Patent
Google’s patent search exists for our benefit and to entertain us, right? That’s my understanding of the situation, and I can give them an A+ because I’ve now uncovered the Transformers Powerglide patent in PDF. Sweet!!! I can remember playing with Powerglide back in the spring of 1985 when walking to school with a friend who had just received the toy from his parents. The transformation design is one I remember perfectly still today, and these patent illustrations take me back to that early morning walk to school and my first encounter with the toy.
