Transforming the Unofficial Transformers Powerglide

Glider from X Transbots (first review here, Power Rat variant review here) is a very cool toy, but when I was first playing with him I found the included instructions with the toy were simply terrible. And I recently noticed a request on the October Toys forum where user DJjoker182 wrote:

I can’t get the head down to that place. The mid section is too extended.

I know exactly what the problem is . . . because I ran into this same issue and it took some staring at pics and pulling at parts to puzzle it out. Well, in the interest of making life easier for everyone I shot this quick video showing how to get the head down where it belong.
