Triad Toys at New York Toy Fair 2011
Triad Toys (website, Twitter) is back at Toy Fair this year and yesterday I had a little time to look at their display . . . and drool on the spectacular Triarama pieces. While their action figures look cool, it’s the Triarama displays they release that really get me excited.
- Fire Fight – I mentioned this display back in January, and seeing it up close completely sold me on it. Great work, and the details are sharp and the paint wonderful. It’s available now at the Triad Toys site.
- Mayan – The best thing I can say about this is it looks really good and the second best thing I can do is point you at this review by Michael Crawford. A very nice work of art and, as you can see in the review, works well with smaller action figures. And it’s still available at the Triad Toys site.
- Pantheon – The newest piece on display, I was shocked at just how massive this is. And at $80 it’s an insane price for a display this huge. It’s up for pre-order and worth checking out if you’re a fan of specialized displays for action figures.
I posted a set of pics at Flickr, so if you’re interested in seeing more of their toys go there. And then you can see this page at Cool Toy Review for even more shots of the toys on display at the booth.
