Turn Your 1985 Jetfire into Skyfire!
The third party Transformers accessory designers are getting even more creative and going deeper than I ever expected to see. At site sponsor TFSource there’s now an upgrade kit for the original Jetfire that gives the toy a new gun, hands, and a cartoon-inspired Skyfire head to change that old toy into a design more like the original Transformers cartoons. I don’t have a Jetfire, but if I did I might find myself willing to grab this kit. It is a neat idea.

Though I love this idea, something about the head seems….off to me. Is it slightly too big? Maybe it’s too round when the rest of the figure has such sharp angles.
Might be the blue is a little off with that old color scheme?
These pieces will also fit with the original Valkyries from Macross as well.
