Unofficial Transformers Skullcruncher, Swamper, Pre-Orders Open

I reviewed the Toy World Hardhead-style toy back in 2013 (review here), have snapped pics and created their page for their Brainstorm-like toy for my Transforming Expectations book, and now I’ve pre-ordered their Skullcruncher design . . . which is up for pre-order now at Big Bad Toy Store.

What I love most about Toy World’s earlier Headmaster-like toys is how blocky and durable the designs are, and how intuitive the transformations feel to me. So far I’ve been quite happy with Toy World’s work, and I fully expect this latest design to fit in perfectly with their other toys.
