Unofficial Transformers Slamdance Pre-Orders Open at TFSource
Site sponsor TFSource is now taking pre-orders for Airdancer, the new cassette combiner toy from KFC. This is an unofficial version of the 1988 Autobot cassette, Slamdance (see the TFWiki), and is listed at $40 for the two robot cassettes. This looks pretty good, but having the KFC Boxbomber cassettes (also at TFSource) I can say that the combining feature on Boxbomber isn’t very stable and the toys easily detach. I’m hoping this unofficial Slamdance doesn’t have that same problem.

Hmmm…My Boxbomber connection is pretty solid. I do have the Black Hawk Down version, though. Maybe they made some positive tweaks as the production run continued.
@Paul – Mine just will not hold together. And I had to shave the toys a tad to get the weapons to fit neatly.
