Visiting Wonko’s Toys and Games in Austin
Yesterday afternoon I stopped by Wonko’s Toys and Games (website) in Austin, TX. This was only my second time visiting the store — the first was last week for a party (and I grabbed myself a toy, the Transformers Titanium Menasor*, while I was there) — so I shot several photos of the shelves.
Click through for shots of toys — old and new! — and statues. I wish this store wasn’t on the north end of Austin; it’s an hour or so drive to get there.
There’s an amazing toy store in Georgia called Billy’s Toys and Comics, but it’s not only at least an hour away but it’s also not near anything else, so I can’t really justify many trips there, as there’s no other reason to be out that way…
