Voyager Toys Ad for Spawn Nitro Riders in 2000
I don’t care what the world says, I’m still of the opinion that the McFarlane Toys Spawn Nitro Riders series (find at Amazon.com*) looks fantastic, and seeing this ad in a ToyFare magazine issue from 2000 makes me suddenly realize that the toys don’t cost all that much more today than they did when they were new. I guess action figure fans just aren’t all that into the biomechanical designs of the Spawn Nitro Riders cycles and action figures.

I’ve actually seen some of these guys on eBay sealed in their package, for less than when they first came out.
Some of them are sooo fragile though. I think that’s to be expected with that era of McFarlane toys though.
@Chris (Stunt Zombie) – From what I can tell even the gold and silver variants are fairly inexpensive these days.
