Where Do I Get One of These Heads?

Watch this Dunkin Donuts commercial closely and you’ll see some cool monster pieces on the donuts that look like they’re little plastic decorations. Cool! According to the comments on YouTube this commercial ran in the mid-90s, but I sure as hell don’t remember ever seeing the commercial or these little monster heads.
