What in the world did Hasbro have against the Decepticons back in the eighties. First Megatron was a horrible robot toy — he looks awful in robot mode, with thin limbs and a terrible overall shape — and then they decided to produce a simply hideous Galvatron toy. Don’t believe me? Watch this.
Galvatron may be a laser cannon, but he doesn’t look good in either gun mode or robot mode. At least they made him look fantastic in the animated movie.
Whaaaaaa? G1 Megatron was AWESOME! I don’t mind Galvatron either, actually… and that old toy was probably more fun to transform than the more recent Classics 2.0 Galvatron figure. Ugh.
