Willow Opening Spread in the 1988 Tonka Catalog

You do remember that there were toys for the Willow movie, right? I can remember the comic ads before the movie launched, promising this fantastic new film from the creator of Star Wars and how I looked forward to the movie. Unfortunately, while fun, Willow never quite rose above the noise and was basically a flop. Which, as we all know, means the toys were destined to be a flop . . . especially since Tonka didn’t produce actual action figures.
