Yeah, the world is small . . .

So last week I posted a Vader skull painting. While at the Baltimore Comic-Con I found myself standing at the Tom Whalen table where I looked around a little. After getting back to the hotel room, and hitting Whalen’s website, I found his post discussing that exact same Vader skull painting:

“this is my entry for the autumn society’s final show of 2009, “dia de los muertos.” the show theme (obviously) revolves around the mexican day of the dead celebration, but i just couldn’t resist adding a pop culture spin to it by creating an anakin skywalker/darth vader sugar skull.”

Either the internet is smaller than I think or I just happen to be very deep into a specific crowd. And something keeps pointing me along that path. Weird.
