“You may win the battle . . . but will you win the war?”

This two-page advertisement comes from the limited edition BattleTech trading card game rulebook. Unfortunately, despite how things look in the ad, Wizards of the Coast’s The Duelist magazine (find at Amazon.com*) didn’t run quite enough BattleTech articles to make the magazine a fantastic resource for the game. The magazine was always heavy on Magic: The Gathering content, but looking at this ad certainly makes you think there’s some great BattleTech content waiting to be uncovered. Some, but not so much that this ad makes much sense.
